The data shows that all of the released offenders in Franklin Park were men. The median age of the parolees was 35. The youngest parolee was a 22-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2018, and the oldest was a 49-year-old man sentenced for a sex crime in 2017.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Manuel Yanez. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2013 when he was 24 years old. He is now 31.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
