Illinois General Assembly: SB453 actions on May 22

The following actions were taken on May 22 in the House on Senate bill SB453 ("sch cd-school council-offender"): "Held on Calendar Order of Second Reading - Short Debate" and "Second Reading - Short Debate".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. John J. Cullerton (D-6) on Jan. 31, "amends the Credit Card Marketing Act of 2009" and "makes a technical change in a section concerning the short title," according to the General Assembly website.
