Hillside home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Hillside rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hillside in November 2016.
