North Riverside home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Riverside fell by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,250 - a 0.8% decrease over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in North Riverside in April 2016.

The median sales tax in North Riverside for 2017 was $4,404. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,137. This marks an increase of 6.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
