How did Keith Pekau spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Keith Pekau's election campaign committee, Keith For Mayor, spent $5,097 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pekau's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,118) going to McPherson Public Affairs Group in Lagrange. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pekau's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
