How did Keith Pekau spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Keith Pekau's election campaign committee, Keith For Mayor, spent $7,646 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pekau's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,000) going to Crystal Tree in Orland Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pekau's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
