How did Robert Marshall spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Robert Marshall's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Robert Marshall MD, spent $49,920 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Marshall's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($25,000) going to rocket productions in Chi. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Marshall's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
