How did John OMeara spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic John OMeara's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge O'Meara, spent $24,998 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

OMeara's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with 72.1% of this total ($11,000) going to Jim Sircher in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how OMeara's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
