How did John OMeara spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic John OMeara's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge O'Meara, spent $15,201 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

OMeara's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with 67.2% of this total ($3,500) going to Jim Sircher in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how OMeara's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
