How did Daniel Maldonado spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Independent Daniel Maldonado's election campaign committee, Friends of Daniel Maldonado, spent $9,388 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Maldonado's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,640) going to Xavier Nogueras/Boca Media Group in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Maldonado's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
