How did Philip J Rock spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Philip J Rock's election campaign committee, Democratic Party of Oak Park, spent $11,537 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rock's committee spent the most on headquarters improvements in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,875) going to Pinnacle Development in Forest Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rock's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
