How did Chris Harris spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Chris Harris's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chris Harris, spent $19,472 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Harris's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with 74.9% of this total ($3,936) going to Forest Printing in Forest Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Harris's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
