Q3 real estate sales report: Berkeley

Median prices rose in Berkeley over last year, and are up 13.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 22 homes sold in Berkeley for a median price of $203,250. That's 5.4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
