Village of Westchester Committee of the Whole met Nov. 13.

4) New Business
4.A Renewal of Granicus Software Agreement.
Greg Hribal advised that the software renewal is up and asked the board for their thoughts to continue using Granicus. The Board agreed to put it on the consent agenda for next meeting.
4.B Dangerous/Vicious Dogs Discussion
4.C Modifications to Municipal Code Section 10.08 Poultry - Discussion Only
This item will be tabled until next meeting to give time to review new information that has come forward. 4.D Utility Rebate - 2245 Enterprise Drive.
Robert Lewis provided the board with information regarding to an overpayment for water billing by Marc Reality at 2245 Enterprise Drive. The request was to repay immediately and it will be brought forward at the next meeting for approval.
4.E Tax Levy Ordinance - Discussion
David provided information to explain how he was able to calculate the current tax levy.
4.A Renewal of Granicus Software Agreement.
4.B Dangerous/Vicious Dogs Discussion
President Gattuso advised that the current ordinance would be given to Chief Stelter to put together a new ordinance based on review of other ordinances. Trustee Yurkovich asked if homeowners insurance could be requested when being licensed. Trustee Celestino asked if fines could also be increased while the ordinance is undergoing review.

5.B Street Rating Review Update
Robert Lewis provided the board with information regarding a report that outlined the street conditions of the town. The report was prepared by Christopher Burke Engineering.

John Wysocki advised his update would come from executive session.

Resident came up to question Attorney Durkin regarding the upcoming changes to reckless dog laws.
Krista Brazel advised that the Westchester Food Pantry would be giving out turkeys this coming Friday, and also advised that the Westchester Action Committee had upcoming events.
