City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on Dec. 27.
Christmas trees will be picked up on the regular scheduled pickup day for the second and third weeks of January. Trees must be clean of all decorations and lights and not in bags. Trees larger than 6 ft must be cut in half.
Acceptable items include Fresh Christmas trees. Non-acceptable items include artificial Christmas trees.
Waste Management Holiday Schedule
Weekday Holidays (Christmas/New Year’s Day) will delay Waste Management collection by one day for the remainder of the week. For example, if a holiday falls on a Thursday, Thursday customers will be collected on Friday, and Friday customers will be collected on Saturday.
