City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Recently, the Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) hosted three informational meetings on the Roosevelt and Depot Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts. These meetings were open to the public and provided an overview of TIF and the overall impact on the community. The BDC has updated their website’s TIF District Q&A section in response to questions received via email and the public forums.
