WHAT: Roosevelt TIF District and Depot TIF District Informational Meetings
WHEN: Wednesday, October 10 at 10:00am
Saturday, October 20 at 10:00am
Monday, October 29 at 7:00pm
WHERE: Berwyn Police Department Community Room, 6401 W 31st St
WHY: The Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) is hosting three informational
meetings on the Roosevelt and Depot Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Districts. These meetings are open to the public and will provide an overview of
TIF and their overall impact on the community. Residents, business owners, and
stakeholders within these TIF Districts are encouraged to attend. For more
