Discussion of the proposal to sell bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed Twelve Million and 00/100 Dollars ($12,000,000.00) for the purpose of improving the sites of, as well as building, altering, equipping and repairing the Village’s 911 call center and Village Hall and for the purpose of acquiring such equipment as trucks, automobiles, computers, telecommunication devices, and public works and public safety vehicles.
