Village of Broadview Board of Trustees met June 11.

Call To Order

The Regular Board Meeting of Monday, June 11th, 2018 was called to order by Mayor Thompson at 7:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 2350 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, Il 60155.

Roll Call

Upon roll call by Kevin McGrier, Village Clerk, the following answered Present: Trustee(s) J. Abraham, J. Ealey, J. Tierney, V. Horne (Joined electronically and there was no objection), J. Brown-Marino, Mayor Thompson.

There being a quorum the meeting was called to order.

E. A Resolution Authorizing And Approving A Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract With R.N.O.W. Inc. For The Purchase Of A Street Sweeper For The Village Of Broadview, County Of Cook, State Of Illinois.

Motion to approve by Trustee Tierney and Seconded by Trustee Horne

Discussion: Trustee Brown-Marino disagrees because she believes this was not budgeted for. Trustee Abraham asks Director, Ames to verify the need for a new street sweeper, Director, Ames responded affirmative and further responded the current machine is past its life expectancy and currently costing us more in repair than a new machine would. Hicks- confirmed the sweeper was budgeted for.
