Westdale Park District Finance and Rules Committee of the Whole met April 2.

The committee reviewed the minutes of the March 19, 2018 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 19, 2018 meeting; seconded by Alderman Padilla. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.

Mayor Sherwin presented Expenditures Over One Thousand Dollars. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Expenditures Over One Thousand Dollars; seconded by Alderman Werba. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Questions were asked and answered respectively. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Commission Expenditures. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Commission Expenditures; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the engineer’s recommendation of ALamp Concrete’s bid in the amount of $2,812,988.07 for the 2018 Capital Improvements Program; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin presented Ordinance O-06-2018; an Ordinance Establishing a Senior Citizen Sanitary Sewer Repair Assistance Program and Amending Title 7 of the Northlake City Code. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve Ordinance O-06-2018; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
