The calls in Berkeley included 54 fires - 42 structure fires, eight vehicle fires and four other fires.
In all, the department saw $292,422 in fire loss - or about $5,415 per fire.
The department also received 70 false calls.
The calls resulted in one civilian fire-related injury.
