Pursuant to the provisions of The Code of Ordinances of the Village of Stickney, Illinois (Stickney, Ill., The Code Of Ordinances Of The Village Of Stickney, Ill. ch. 1, et seq. (the “Code”) including, without limitation, Section 6-54 of the Code, and the provisions of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 (235 ILCS 5/1-1, et seq.) (the “Act”) including, without limitation, Section 7-5 of the Act, a public hearing regarding a liquor license fine will be held in the courtroom of Village Hall, which is located at 6533 Pershing Road, in the Village of Stickney (the “Village”) on the 27th day of July, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in connection with the Village of Stickney liquor licenses issued to the above-referenced licensees.
