Management Concepts, Inc. to provide landscape and lawn mowing maintenance services to the Village’s vacant lots,

iv Item I - Amends the Village Liquor Code pertaining to the classification of liquor licenses related regulations and license fees,

ii Item G - The Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal League has adopted a new rule requiring participating units of government with elected positions being eligible to participate in an IMRF pension to pass new resolutions re-affirming that the positions meet the IMRF hourly standard,

iii Item F - The Village is in receipt of proposals for the renewal of employee medical and dental insurance benefits including but not limited to the proposal from Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance coverage for the policy year, June, 2017 – May, 2018, 

iv Item J - The proposed amendment assists in streamlining the process in which the Village Building Code Department seeks to remediate and abate defined nuisances,
