The village of Lyons Finance Committee met March 7 to pay public work functions.

1. Call to Order

a. Meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chairman Paul Marchiori.

2. Roll Call

a. Chairman Paul Marchiori called roll. Present: Chairman Paul Marchiori Mayor Christopher Getty, Trustee Patricia

Alonzi, and Trustee Echeverria

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes

a. Chairman Marchiori entertained a motion to approve meeting minutes from February 21, 2017

Motion made by Trustee Alonzi, Seconded by Mayor Getty

Ayes: 4 Chairman Marchiori, Mayor Getty, Trustee Echeverria, and Trustee Alonzi

Nays: 0

Absent: 0

4. Presentation of the Warrant

a. Chairman Paul Marchiori presented warrant number 03-07-17 in the amount of $673,822.66

b. Chairman Marchiori entertained a motion to approve warrant number 03-07-17 in the amount of $673,822.66

Motion made by Trustee Echeverria, seconded by Mayor Getty.

5. Finance Report

a. Manager Sheahan informed the board that the motor fuel tax moneys are used to pay for normal public works functions to allow moneys from the general fund to be used for capital projects. The police scheduling software placed 03-07-17 board meeting will be partially paid for with drug asset seizure moneys.

6. Adjournment

a. Chairman Marchiori entertained a motion to adjourn the finance committee meeting at 6:18pm Motion made by

Mayor Getty, Seconded by Trustee Alonzi.
