The village of Forest Park City Council met Oct. 11 to approve the motor fuel tax audit.

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
It was moved by Commissioner Mannix and seconded by Commissioner Entler that the minutes from
the September 26, 2016, Regular Meeting of the Village Council be approved without reading as each
member has received a copy thereof and found same to be correct.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
The Finance Department submitted its August, 2016 report.
APPROVAL OF BILLS:
It was moved by Commissioner Mannix and seconded by
Commissioner Byrnes that the Resolution for the payment of
bills be adopted. The Commissioner of Accounts and Finance
has reviewed the bills as applicable to each department and
found the aggregate amounts to be correct and recommends
payment when funds are available. The bills totaled
$708,304.89

Mayor Calderone administered the official oath of office to new
firefighter Timothy Ryan.
It was moved by Commissioner Mannix and seconded by
Commissioner Entler to appoint Ms. Deborah Starks to the
Forest Park Diversity Commission.

It was moved by Commissioner Mannix and seconded by
Commissioner Entler that the Resolution approving and ratifying
the execution of annual service agreements for water storage
tanks by and between Corrpro, and Aegion Company, and the
Village of Forest Park be adopted.

Mayor Calderone reported that the Community Center will be holding the annual Cindy Lyons Health
Fair on October 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In addition to multiple medical screenings and tests,
the Illinois Secretary of State and other vendors will be in attendance. All testing and attendance is
free.

There being no further business to be addressed, Commissioner Mannix moved and Commissioner
Byrnes seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Calderone declared the meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
