Brookfield Special Events Commission reviews ordinances

The Brookfield Special Events Commission will review the special-events and advisory-commission ordinances at its next meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday at Recreation Hall, 8820 Brookfield Ave.

The Special Events Commission's mission is to promote pride and community spirit among residents, enhance Brookfield’s image and attract new residents, businesses and visitors. The commission accomplishes this through the sponsorship of community events, services, projects, activities and programs produced in conjunction with local schools, businesses and organizations.
