The River Forest Madison Street TIF District Joint Review Board will hold a question-and-answer session on the revitalization plan at its next meeting 2 p.m. Friday at River Forest Village Hall, First Floor Community Room, 400 Park Ave.

The River Forest Madison Street TIF District Joint Review Board was formed as part of a revitalization plan for a stretch of Madison Street, between Thatcher and Lathrop Avenues, which would be funded through tax-increment financing (TIF).

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that, pursuant to the

requirements of 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et seq., a special meeting of the

Joint Review Board for the proposed River Forest Madison Street Tax

Increment Financing District will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016, at 2:00

p.m., at the River Forest Village Hall, First Floor Community Room, 400

Park Avenue, River Forest, Illinois 60305. Said meeting will be open to the

public. A copy of the Agenda for said meeting is attached.
