At a meeting this week, the Nominating Committee of the Cook County Health and Hospitals System's (CCHHS) Board of Directors outlined the rules, procedures and deadlines to submit nominations for CCHHS board openings.
The committee also held a closed session to discuss sensitive personnel matters.
