The Broadview Public Library District Board will hold a closed session during a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the library, 2226 16th Ave.
Closed sessions usually are held to discuss sensitive issues such as litigation, real estate deals or personnel issues that involve such issues as appointments, compensation, discipline or terminations.
After the closed session, the board will vote in open session on any matters discussed during the closed session that require action.
The board is expected to open the floor to public comments and questions during the meeting.
