District 90 officials have launched a search for a new administrator to replace Director of Student Services Martha Ryan-Toye.
Ryan-Toye recently accepted a position as superintendent of Riverside School District 96 and is expected to begin her new role July 1.
District 90 officials have placed ads online and in the publication Education Week. They also hired recruiting firm School Exec Connect. The position will remain essentially the same, but will be given a new title: director of curriculum and instruction.
District officials expect to interview up to eight semi-finalists next week and select two to three finalists from that pool to proceed to group interviews with faculty and staff.
