The Cook County Land Bank Authority's (CCLBA), Land Transactions Committee discussed the latest property transactions and set its meeting schedule for the year during a recent meeting.
Transactions reports include acquisitions, dispositions, rehabilitations, demolitions and current projects.
The committee agreed to meet this year on the second Friday of each month, except in November, when it will meet on Nov. 10, the second Thursday.
The committee also was expected to hear a report from Committee Chairman Peter Friedman.
