Public Hearing Case No.25-14 Request for a Variations from Section 62.17 to allow a 480 square foot detached garage that exceeds the maximum 440 square footage permitted in the Zoning Code and is setback 2.’ to the Side Lot Line rather than the required minimum setback of 3’ and, Section 62.75 to allow a Building coverage of approximately 41.8% rather than the maximum allowed by the Zoning Code of 35% and, to allow a minimum Green Space of 35.47% rather than the minimum requirement of 40% and, Section 62.453 to allow the removal of a non-conforming structure to be replaced with a new structure that is non-conforming under the Zoning Code In an existing “A-1” Single Family residential District for the property located at 4223 Deyo Avenue.
