2. CASE #PSU25-0001: Consideration of a Special Use Amendment
a. To consider an Amendment to the existing Special Use (Ordinance No. 20-17-O) to lower the height of the perimeter fencing from 12’ to 6’ pursuant to Condition #2 of the subject Ordinance in the B-3 Zoning District at the subject property of 10000 75th Street.
