Alice F. Gallagher Memorial Pedestrian Bridge to close during daytime for drainage work

The Alice F. Gallagher Memorial Pedestrian Bridge at Spring Rock Park will be closed during daytime hours for the week of August 25. The closure is due to concrete work required for drainage updates connected to the I-294 expansion project led by the Tollway. According to the announcement, the bridge will remain open in the evening and overnight.
