Jesús "Chuy" García, a U.S. Congressman representing Illinois' 4th district since 2019, has been vocal on various issues through his social media platform. His recent posts cover topics ranging from international conflicts to domestic legal matters and local economic concerns.

On March 18, 2025, García addressed the ongoing conflict in Gaza, criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for violating a ceasefire agreement. He stated that "Netanyahu has violated the ceasefire agreement with continued mass bombings in Gaza. Families are being wiped out, hospitals have collapsed, children remain buried under the rubble." He urged Congress to take action by stopping the flow of weapons and ending U.S. involvement in what he described as a massacre.

The following day, March 19, 2025, García commented on former President Donald Trump's legal challenges. He noted that "Trump keeps losing in court to judges nominated by Bush, Biden, Obama, Reagan, and even his own picks." Emphasizing the rule of law, García remarked that Trump is not above it and must adhere to constitutional principles.

On March 20, 2025, García turned his attention to domestic issues involving small businesses. He joined fellow members of the Illinois Congressional delegation in questioning the Small Business Administration's decision to relocate regional offices from six cities including Chicago. According to him "This move cuts crucial support for small businesses and creates unnecessary chaos." The delegation sought answers regarding this decision.
