4.A. 2024 Annual Report - Village Administration & Public Works
5.Public Comments - Respect for the duties of the Village Board and for the democratic process will be adhered to – in this regard, civility and a sense of decorum will be strictly followed. All speakers must address their comments to the Board. Comments that are personally condescending will not be permitted. Please use the microphone when speaking as the proceedings are being recorded. Please state your name before commenting. While not required, it may be helpful to the Village Board for citizens to state if they are a resident of the Village. In order to give as many visitors as possible an opportunity to speak and in the interest of adjourning the meeting by 9:00 p.m., all comments under Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and each speaker will only be permitted to speak once, unless further time is granted by the Village Board.

7.A. Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1057 - A Resolution appointing Elizabeth Wiseman-Chase to the Green Residents of Westchester ("GROW") Ecological Commission.
7.B. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-2339 - An Ordinance amending Title 1 of the Westchester Municipal Code related to regulations for the use of the Village centennial logo.
7.C. Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1058 - A Resolution authorizing and approving the execution of an intergovernmental agreement by and between the Village of Westchester and the Illinois Department of Transportation related to the implementation of intelligent transportation systems.
