The Village of Riverside is preparing to celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2025, marking a significant milestone since its incorporation in 1875. The year-long Sesquicentennial celebration aims to reflect on the village's history, engage with the community, and create a lasting impact.
A series of events and initiatives are planned for the celebrations, including an Opening Ceremony, Homecoming Festival and Soiree, and a Time Capsule Program. To ensure the success of these events, Riverside is seeking support from community partners through sponsorships.
