Proviso Township Board met Nov. 4

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1) CALL TO ORDER

The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, November 4, 2024.

2) ROLL CALL

Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. on a roll call the following responded: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Chase and Supervisor Corrigan.

Also present were Clerk Williams and Attorney Michael Durkin Jr. Trustee Thomas was absent.

3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Chase, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on October 16, 2024.

Ayes: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Chase and Supervisor Corrigan.

Nays: None

Absent: Trustee Thomas

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS

Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for October 16, 2024 – October 31, 2024

Nays: None

B. Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Supervisor Corrigan, the Motion to Receive and

File the Annual Financial Audit.
