The Village has implemented a new software system for meeting agendas. Residents who wish to receive notifications and agendas for Board, Commission, or Committee meetings must now use the CivicClerk system to make their selections.
To access this service, individuals can click on the green “Agendas & Minutes” icon on the Village homepage and then select the grey “Subscriptions” box in the upper right corner to choose the items they wish to receive. Account information remains unchanged, though users may need to log in. Alternatively, selections can be made by visiting: https://notifications.civicplus.com/IL-WesternSprings.
This change only affects meeting agendas; other website notifications like News Flashes and Community Alerts remain the same.
