FOR THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN BOND COUNSEL SERVICES RELATED TO THE POTENTIAL ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION LIMITED TAX BONDS FOR THE VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW, COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS.
J. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW'S DESIGNATING ORDINANCE AND THE GOVERNING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT OF THE WEST REGIONAL ENTERPRISE ZONE RELATIVE TO LIMITATIONS ON TAX ABATEMENTS.

1. A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL OF A JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 25TH AVENUE SHARED-USE PATH (IDOT JOB NO.: C-91-135-23).
2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY AGREEMENT WITH EDWIN HANCOCK ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR CERTAIN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CREATION OF A SHARED-USE PATH ON 25TH AVENUE FROM THE SALT CREEK TRAIL TO 14TH STREET (IDOT JOB NO.: C-91-135-23) FOR THE VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW, COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS.
3. A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL OF A JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR PE/ROW RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING OF THE 25TH AVENUE SHARED-USE PATH (IDOT JOB NO.: D-91-101-23).
4.
