Commuter Lot 8 Green Parking Lot construction continued last week. The General Contractor (MYS) completed 90% of the stone base and started framing the curb adjacent to the Metra platform. Over the next week, the contractor will continue framing and pouring the curb and gutter. The contractor will also continue building and shaping the curb and gutter, install a waterproof barrier on the east side of the parking lot, and finish laying the stone foundation in the east corner.
Please remember to use the west staircase to access the Metra platform. All other staircases are within the construction work zone and are closed until the project is completed.
