AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR CLIMATE RESILIENCY PLANNING SERVICES FROM THE COUNTY OF COOK

MOTION TO APPROVE ALAMP CONCRETE CONTRACTORS, INCORPORATED, SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS, AS THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE BIDDER FOR THE PHASE THREE EAST INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,134,956.27 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BID ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION FROM THE VILLAGE ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

8. MOTION TO WAIVE BID REQUIREMENTS AND APPROVE THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A 450KW NATURAL GAS GENERATOR FOR THE MAIN PUMPING STATION FROM ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, EAST HAZEL CREST, ILLINOIS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $405,500.00 TO ENSURE THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME

9. MOTION TO APPROVE ALTERNATE #001 FOR ADDITIONAL WORK AS PART OF THE COOPERATIVE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES UNDER THE GOVERNMENTAL JOINT PURCHASING ACT WITH F.H. PASCHEN, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS FOR THE FIRE STATION 1 ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $14,000.00 FOR A TOTAL PROJECT COST OF $45,767.86 AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME
