City of Countryside Human Resources Committee met June 26.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Mikolyzk called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

2. ROLL CALL

Present: Chairman Mikolyzk, Alderman Frohlich, and Alderman Musillami

Also Present: City Administrator Paul

3. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC

None.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – APRIL 10, 2023.

4.a. The minutes of the meetings were previously distributed to the members of the Human Resources Committee.

Alderman Mikolyzk moved to approve the minutes from April 10, 2023 seconded by Alderman Musillami and carried unanimously.

5. BUSINESS FROM THE COMMITTEE FOR DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND IF SO DETERMINED, ACTION UPON:

5.a. None.

6. OTHER COMMITTEE BUSINESS

None.

7. RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION

Chairman Mikolyzk stated that we now are going to recess to executive session to discuss personnel under section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act. The Human Resources Committee recessed at 5:01 pm.

Alderman Musillami made a motion to recess to executive session to discuss personnel issues under section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act. seconded by Alderman Mikolyzk and carried unanimously.

7. ADJOURNMENT

Chairman Mikolyzk declared the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
