SYMPHONY OF OAK PARK & RIVER FOREST AND CHORUS PERFORM AT SYMPHONY CENTER The Symphony of Oak Park & River Forest and Chorus, under the baton of Music Director Jay Friedman, will present a world premiere of Symphony No. 3 by composer Alex Groesch and Te Deum by Hector Berlioz at 7:30 pm Monday, April 3, at Symphony Center, 220 S. Michigan Avenue, in Chicago. Tenor Christian Ketter and organist Patrick Godon are featured in the Berlioz work, which is rarely performed due the size and complexity of the choral and orchestral parts. Joining forces for this concert are members of City Voices, William Chin, director; Evanston Children’s Choir, Gary Geiger, artistic director; Pro Musica Youth Chorus, Laura Pinto, artistic director; Schola Cantorum of Concordia University, Maurice Boyer, director; Spirito! Singers: Bravura, Ragazze, and Men of Spirito!, Carling FitzSimmons, artistic director; Symphony of Oak Park & River Forest Chorus, William Chin, director; and Tower Chorale, Patrick Godon, director.

Tickets range in price from $15 to $75 and are available from the CSO Box Office at 312-294-3000.
