City of Northlake Youth Commission met Dec. 7.
Here are the minutes provided by the commission:
Meeting was called to order at 4:30 by Chairman Morgan.
MINUTES OF THE, meeting and November 9, 2022 meeting was approved by John and seconded by Veronica.
OLD BUSINESS:
Youth Commission is still looking for some new members.
NEW BUSINESS:
The committee discussed upcoming events. Winterfest will be held on December 9 at Grant Park. The Youth Commission will be handing out 500 bags of crafts that night. The event will be from 5pm-8pm.
The meeting place and time has been submitted to City Hall.
Next meeting January 14, 2023 at City Hall. Bingo from 5 to 6:30 following the meeting.
February event-2-8-2023 at 4:30 meeting -Valentine crafts from 5 to 6:30.
March event-3-8-2023 4:30 meeting - Bingo from 5-6:30.
John made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Veronica.
Meeting adjourned at 4:55.
