On Dec. 28, Mylene D. and Ramilo Raspado purchased a home at 1208 Park Drive, Melrose Park from Schalk (trust) and Rebecca S. Nagel (trustee) for $340,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,426.12, 1.01% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, five properties sold in Melrose Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1208 Park Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carl F. Schalk, 92, and Noel D Schalk, 89.
