On July 15, Michael E. and Michael Johnson and Kelsey A. Zwyhun purchased a home at 511 E. Seventh St., Hinsdale from Susan K. Peterson the (trust) and Susan K. Peterson (trustee) for $750,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,481.99, 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Hinsdale in July 2021.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 511 E. Seventh St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan Peterson, 78, and Eric A. Peterson, 83.
