City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on May. 15.
15% discount will be available for all residents renewing their 2021-2022 city vehicles sticker starting May 15th, via the City website portal:

Discounts are available on-line and via mail ONLY, from May 15th to May 31st, 2021.
No discounts will be available in person at the customer service counters.
City vehicle informational hotline will be active starting May 17th during normal business hours.
Resident can call 708-749-6456 with any questions not answered via our updated 2021-2022 Vehicle Sticker FAQ:

Residents are encouraged to use the online portal (starting May 15th) if renewing their city vehicle sticker providing application has no changes.
There are no convenience fees with on-line payments.
