North Riverside median home prices rose by 18% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in North Riverside rose by $41,250 while total sales decreased by 42.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 18% increase over the $228,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in North Riverside in the second half of 2019.
