Proviso Township Board of Trustees met Nov. 18.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Attorney Durkin, Assessor Zawaski, Lorenzo Webber, Youth Services, and Anthony Dubicki.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on November 2, 2020.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for November 1, 2020 – November 15, 2020.

E. Staff Report – Lorenzo Webber reported that the paving in Westdale Gardens is complete and looks good. Anthony Dubicki advised that the Westdale Gardens project is complete. Building permits will be issued tomorrow for new building. Hancock Engineering will monitor the project for quality of work.
9. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
